Shipping/ Returns

To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. Each and every time the status of your order changes, you will be notified by the email that you provided with your order. All orders placed before 1 p.m. (PST) will begin processing the same business day, otherwise all orders will begin processing the following business day. ​When ordering pre-sale items, please take note that the processing times may vary.  All in stock items are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS) and will take approximately 2-3 business days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order. We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped. All hair, bundles, closures & frontals are FINAL SALE.
